Boo & yay for school going back.
Boo because I need to get up early &'be organised but yay for less fighting in the house.
Feeling pretty good lately, still have the nausea & occasional vomit but I can eat again & I actually want to eat.
Downside is I have terrible heartburn :(

OMG 24 weeks! I realy hope I can relax before then, I'm going crazy! Was that after a late or early miscarriage do you mind me asking? I've got 16 weeks in my head as a real milestone. Hope you haven't had any more bleeding :)

Damprye hope you made it out the door this morning. Did you have ms all the way throgh with all pg? I'd be going to the natrapath and anyone else I can think of if this goes much past 13 weeks.

Cheshire yay for less fighting in the house always a plus maybe ms is leaving, cross fingers for you

Lyra I had an early mc but I think it was more around baby's development and being able to. Feel kicks daily that knocked it out of me but 16 weeks is my hope this time that's when I'm sharing with work.

ATM in a pretty good state I rang the hosp to get HCG number which has dropped then a lovely IVF dr rang and said she is happy with heart beat moving bub and said HCG drops at around 12 weeks so no issue. She was so nice. Little spotting but heaps less. So scan in a week can't wait. Need to do bloods too note to self, my brain is on vacation lol

Greenslw - yay for lovely dr that's happy with all the results she saw! Seeing a bub with heartbeat and moving is of course good! Getting so close to 12 weeks now!
Cheshire- yay for kids back to school! (here they're starting holidays this Thursday, am not looking forward to it, as my work is extra busy then with unsupervised children :$
Just a quick message as I'm exhausted from being out half of the day... Had the scan this morning and all seems well! Bub was very active and jumping up and down, doing stretches here and there. Being a bit stubborn not wanting to get into position for the nuchal fold measurement. But after a while and with the trans vaginal scan it worked well! Chance of DS only 1 in 5550, so looking good! Got some gorgeous photos out of it! Have just made the big announcement at work and then as well on facebook! Am so excited! Will be getting into my belly buddies group as I finally feel like I can come out of my hiding spot. Of course I won't believe it till I have our little bub in my arms... Bring on the end of October :) xx

Me... Well I'm mostly crook in the mornings and feel quiet sick and get better later. I'm quiet scared about my scan and ob appointment Friday. I haven't had any bleeding or major pains or anything but I still can't help the fear

hopefully we will be bringing a bundle of joy home just in time for Christmas

Me seems DF can't come to scan as its in the middle of the day his work said no then gave another person the day off Friday :( not so mad as we both saw bubs on Saturday. My mum came last time for 12 week scan too so must be a tradition which is ok since last time worked out well. Was chatting to my beautician today and said "I'm having a year off" and it hit me IM HAVING A YEAR OFF!! Not 4 months like last time very excited for that

according to lmp dd is Christmas eve 24th December!

Green no 3rd time but 1st time seeing a real little baby moving around etc.,

Kbudgie I was due Xmas day but held on till 4 th January. But I was 10 lb so won't wish that on you how exciting though

Greenslw - bummer about hubby not being able to attend the scan :( Not long for you now! People at work were nice to me. I sat on a chair just chilling by the end of the day as I was so exhausted and nobody said anything :) Luckily not many customers at the time...

Melster - the fact that you're still morning sick is a good sign! Only 3 more sleeps, it'll be alright, you'll see!

Cheshire - only 2 more sleeps to go! So exciting!

AFM had another long day at work from 12-7pm. I keep being so hungry and if I don't eat at certain times feel extremely weak. Am glad to be at home and to be able to relax. Tomorrow I've got an acupuncture appointment, still going every week at the moment. Will miss it once I go once every 3 weeks :$ TOmorrow is the first time pregnancy yoga class and they do a bit of a antenatal class attached to it I think. I'm a bit nervous, but also excited meeting other preggo women :) Now onto the lounge chair I go and put my feet up!

Me4ever...yeah i am the same..i am constantly feeding and bring snacks and stuff to work and leave food in my bag...

I know that i cant say i have had any mc signs...i have a belly, no bleeding, no real pains, have ms....but my brain wont switch off no matter how much i try..then i start reading the internet and have to stop myself...when i lost the baby and saw the screen it has just ruined future pregnancies because im so anixous before and during the scans..i did get better after the 12 week scan and much better after the 20 week scan.....no matter what ppl say to me or what i tell myself i just cant seem to hold off the fear and anxiousness......hopefully it will all be fine!!!!!!

Hi ladies, sorry I've been AWOL, I had to take DD to Perth for a specialist appointment for her eyes over the weekend....

Glad everything is going well for everyone, all these scans, how exciting! I'm so pleased that eveything looks good for you all. :)

AFM: I'm just plodding along..... Have passed both dates for last 2 mc, so hopefully that's a good sign. Still feeling sick, I find that it is much worse when I am dog-tired. Yesterday I slept from 1130-4pm. Kids were in daycare, so had the opportunity.... As a result I have felt much better today :) Still nauseated, but able to eat/drink and keep it down...... My mum noticed today that I had popped, is a little difficult to hide at the moment..... I might think about getting a ticker up over the weekend.... I think I get the weekend to myself this weekend, as DH is taking kids to see grandparents in Esperance, so that'll be nice. I have to work Sunday evening 2-9.30, but that wont be so bad, and I'll be able to get a bit more rest :)

Me4 was the acupuncture for fertility? Enjoy yoga they have one here I'm thinking just need to fit it in. Hope you get lots of time relaxing.

Mel good luck for tomorrow how do you know hb? I keep getting told ultrasound can't tell getting annoyed

V21 glad you're past the mc marks I'm sure that is so encouraging.

Me DS has gastro. He's been so good really proud he even waited for me to pull over in the car. Work is hard at the moment I'm taking things way harder than normal and feel like crying. I did cry this morning when my mother said no to coming to my scan cos she wanted to see the 20 week one, I was so sad I didn't even say anything she really missed the point it is to support ME! DF will chuck a sick day. Grrr parents :wall:

Greenslw - Yes, I did acupuncture for the last 2 years (I just realised I spent a fortune there...) for fertility reasons. Especially when doing the IUI/IVF/FET cycles... Yoga was nice - very relaxing. Not as full on as normal yoga. Nice to meet some other pregnant women. If you can't fit it in, try your local public library - they may have some books and or dvds on pregnancy yoga! I'm getting some from my library... You poor thing with poor DS with gastro... And your mum not wanting to accompany you to the scan :( My hubby took a sicky as well when we had the scan. It'll be nice for you to have him there!

Melster - Good luck for the scan tomorrow! All will be well! Let us know how you went! Do you have a doppler, that you know the heartrate?

Sorry just a short message - hi to everyone else! Just too exhausted at the moment. Had a busy day at work. Had a sore back when I finished :( Just relaxing now!

Just a quick one as I am feeling very sorry for myself. MS is very bad and having trouble hydrating and I'm getting nasty cramps that have been getting worse over the past few days. Health Direct advised me to go to ED last night but I didn't. Kinda regretting it now as I haven't been able to detect a hb, placental beat or kicks this morning. On the other hand, the ED near me just sends you home with no scan and no checking the hb till 20weeks. They just tell you to go home and wait it out. I have my ob appointment on Tuesday (if that's the 23rd) but am terrified of having a scan then and finding out I've had a mmc, although I know there is nothing that would change it if I had a scan now and it shows a bub that has passed. Trying to have positive thoughts but it is hard with how bub has been growing :(

Had my scan. Yesterday & everything was great Boo was moving all around & everything looks good. Get my results back next Wed or earlier if I'm high risk

Sorry everyone, I have read but can't see the last page and memory is bad
AFM- Reason I had so much trouble finding bub was because it has moved up into my tummy lol, that's also the cause of the pain, uterus having a nice big stretching session. Feeling calmer now and bubs hb on the docs doppler was 162bpm only baby of mine to be up that high. Really starting to think girl. Still trying to work on hydration but do not want to go on drip yet so just home remedies for now. If it gets worse by my next appt or if I need it sooner, ai will go in to ED

Me4 no point looking at money re health if I tallied up physio chiro and massage I'd freak hope you have a relaxing weekend.

ATM not a good day at work actually burst into tears, need to put a lid on that or someone will catch on. DS is well but so sooky and two mass tantrums today. Tomorrow a big park visit to hopefully shift both our moods. Wonder how DS will go with bubs he still wants his cot back even though he doesn't fit in it. Hmm off to the library me thinks

Scan went well. Think hb was 159.. She said everything was looking good and measurement on neck was good. I asked about sex but she wasn't very experienced i don't think. She was lovely and she tried a few times. There was a bright light around area. Think it was umbilical cord... One minute she thought she could be make parts then the white lines... Me and hubby agree we saw 1 kinda long white line and maybe half a line so I dunno?????? Apparently there is 3 identical same size lines for a girl do I dunno????

Hey! Lots going on in here today! Had a long day at work, now relaxing on the lounge chair...

Damprye - so happy you were able to locate baby's heart rate! Hope you feel better soon! I had been considering getting a doppler, but I think for this reason I don't want to... Just in case I wouldn't be able to hear bub's heart rate.

Melster and Cheshire - so happy scans went well for both of you, with happy bubs!! Melster - don't really know how to tell if boy or girl at this point..

Kbudgie - how are you doing? When's your next blood test? How are the pregnancy symptoms going?

Greenslw - hugs honey, for feeling so teary. You still sure you're going to wait with telling people at work? It probably would be a huge relief! Good Morning Ladies (or afternoon depending on what side of Aus you live on)

Sorry to have been AWOL but had heaps going on and just haven't had the time or energy to post. Sorry slack I know:redface:

I'm still ticking along, 10wks 3 days at the moment, last scan was 9wks and all was going nicely, bub was kicking around and had a good strong HB and was growing as it should.

My DD had gastro last weekend the DH had it Monday so I've gone nuts with washing, disinfecting and the Glen20. Thankfully it missed me but I do enough vomiting each morning to make up for it lol. Talking of vomiting, I woke up this morning, felt offish and it passed and NO vomits today so far! Even ate weetbix for brekkie, something I haven't been able to stomach for a few weeks! Part of me is thankful that my MS may be fading but another part of me is paranoid that something has happened although have had no cramps, bleeding etc. Was only sick with DD till approx 14wks so maybe it's easing earlier this time??

Big news is DH is getting a transfer across to Melb and we are now playing the waiting game to see if they can hold off till Sept so I can take Mat leave... Although am scared of moving at about 32wks, going to a new city where I have NO idea where to give birth or who'd I'd see :o

How's everyone else going?

All going well here (apart from ms) I can find bubs hb in seconds now that we know s/he has moved up lol. I really need to post an audio file at some stage but it is really hard to hear as recorded on my phone off a pair off a pair of earphones (which DS2 broke today and am so angry about as DS1 had already eaten the padding from off the ear pieces). Had a good day at work yesterday.,Well really yesterday was good, today I am going insane... Kids been driving me bonkers since I woke. DS1- I don't want to, I don't want to listen to you all he is saying pretty much :/

Sorry we all seem to be having bad MS. it sucks...

AFM: I'm freaking out about having 3 kids tbh..... I just really don't know how I'm going to cope... I think it's all hormones, cos DH isn't home with the kids this weekend, and I hate that, and I've been having freak out sessions over the weekend about different things, I am sitting here in tears as I type this. I'm now on ondansetron for the sickness, as nothing else was working, so will get another script for that this week. I have to head off to work now, hopefully it wont be as bad as Fri evening was.... I finished work at 11pm, normally finish at 9.30pm, had not dinner break, drink breaks, or pee breaks. So hopefully wont happen tonight. Anyway, I best get off of here and go and compose myself ready for work......

Hugs V21 - hope work wasn't too horrid. No breaks at all?! That doesn't sound right! And working late as well :( Hope you'll be able to have breaks and finish normal time... You'll be right with 3 kids! I always think of people that have more than that and think, if they're alright I should be alright... (Although we're just having nr 1 and I'm freaking out and thinking it will be a lot of work!) My sister in law had 3 kids, in 3 years time. Now has the fourth one, luckily a little bit more time in between this time. Do you have family or friends close by who can look after the older 2 for a couple of hours when bub is there?

Hi to VV, Lyra, Melster and anyone else I've missed... Sorry there are so many of us in here now!

AFM Having a cold :( Started off with sore throat, now also stuffy nose. Hope that keeping calm today and tomorrow and eating very healthy will help. Will also pop another vitamin c tablet. I just want to sleep all day. Thought I was getting past the first trimester tiredness, what's going on?

V21 my brother has 3 kids and said #2 was the biggest shock 3 no probs.
Me4 sleep as much as you can will help heaps with cold. Also think about a humidifier I LOVE mine for DS and me. Nope work will have to wait I want to go for a job and not sure if pg will effect my chances don't want to risk it.

VV exciting for a move and well done keeping the gastro at bay.

Me omg last night DS had a nightmare then a tantrum or 10. I got the worst ms at about 4 am and it hasn't left no puking but swollen tummy and very sick, so tired kept trying to sleep on the couch but DS wouldn't leave me alone and DS was being VERY unhelpful. Lucky this is the only off day I've had, can ms get worse at 12 weeks? Maybe it's placenta and IVF meds which I will stop Tuesday and scan Tuesday too so excited DF told his parents and brother nice to start sharing.

Hmm more blood what's going on bubs. 3 am freak out, this time dark brown not enough to hit the liner but enough. Rang health direct and spoke with a dr who said it was ok to wait till scan tomorrow. I wonder if bloated tummy had an impact yesterday. Still feel pg soar bbs ms and smell everything. So sick of this, scan tomorrow then off to GP I think. DS was climbing on me a bit yesterday but no DTD. Any thoughts? :pray:

:hug: Greens. It could just be leftover blood making its way out after DTD a few days ago. Esp since its brown. Good luck with your scan today. Ill be stalking to see how you go.

Eta- my ms got worse until 14w and has stabilised but still hanging around. Feeling very fragile this morning.

Hello ladies :)

Im newly pregnant with our third and due New Years Eve! Ive had 3 early losses so Id love to join you ladies in here during the hardest part. Ive lost them all around the 5-6 week mark. I have a bicornuate uterus and so for me its hit or miss. If baby implants in the middle it has never survived. Considering I cant see an ultrasound until around 6 weeks I never know until it happens :( BUT Im going into it with a positive outlook and hoping this baby is sticky.

Green thinking of you, i had bleeding for no reason during DD3's pregnancy & she is perfecting healthy 19mo.

Thanks cal and Cheshire scan tomorrow I think if was 1 bleed I'd be less concerned. I'm trying to be philosophical at least for now. Blood has all but gone still getting some ligament twinges. Made a GP app for Saturday to so I can see if we can get to the bottom of all this.
Cheshire was your bleeding once off or multiple?
