I was looking through Tehya's labour and birth pictures today and decided to make a montage.

OMG Trish I was bawling by the time you were holding her in your arms the first time. Beautiful. I love the song too!! Have to go and get a copy of that one.

My Mac does this stuff automatically when viewing photo's I really should get off my but and create one for both the kids :)

I'm just sad coz I don't have any photos of Kelly straight after birth... she was too busy taking photos *sniff*

OMG Yael, you are so right. Far out. I went through it all and made sure I had a picture of each of them, yet forgot to mention them. Now I will have to go back and edit it.

Wonderful Trish, I have tears rolling down my face! It's wonderful and you have a fantastic family. Tehya is a special little princess. It looked like a wonderful birthing expirience and well done for making it into something Tehya will cherish and something that will show her how loved she is....

that was just gorgeous - i'm sitting here with wet cheeks - you just made me hug my little man that much more - poor little guy just wanted to do some typing on the keyboard and now he's got wet cheeks also :)

I watched it again Trish, last night, and i was crying also... Then i went and looked at all the baby photos from being preg right through til now. I can't believe this time last year i was in labour!! I'm crying just thinking about it, it looked so beautiful and peaceful!

You made me want a waterbirth btw.. i have wanted one for ages, but i want to go private as well.. I said to DH, can i fill up a pool and home and then at 9cm we will go to the hospital?

It was a big compliment that DH said your baby is cute, quite often he thinks they aren't, but says nothing, so when he does give a compliment, i know he means it (he told me not to tell you he thinks so babies are ugly!)

I'm sure he will be chuffed you did his suggestion

Trisha, With tears rolling down my cheeks I say thank you. It was an honour to be with you as you brought baby tehya into the world with such determination. After being dragged into the hospital and being told off again today, seeing that was just what I needed to make me realise that it is people like you I do my job for. Knowing I made such an infulence on your birth experience makes it all better and me think-to hell with them!!!!

Awww Kiki, now it's my turn for tears hun. Huge big :hugs: to you. I'm so glad you liked this montage, you are a huge part of the reason behind my beautiful birth. I can't wait to be able to share this with you again. Well, hopefully anyway.

You finally inspired me to do an "online only" version of the montage we put at the end of Olivia's birth video. I uploaded it last night to Youtube.

Would you believe it, the damn thing was taken down as "inappropriate content" this morning.

What, It was taken down !! There are plenty of birthing videos on YouTube. Tehya's on is on there too. my video was reviewed before it was put on there though. Weird, I have seen full on vaginal births on there before :confused:

Love them both, thanks for sharing!!! :) We need more beautiful birth clips like this so everyone can see how safe and beautiful birth can be, in water and out of course ;) The motion that it's a risk in a normal pregnancy is really sad. I plan for my next to be at home in water... can't wait... but can LOL :)

Why is it getting taken off? Because I have seen many birth videos on there, more graphic too. Luckily I saw it in time!!!

I saw a birth video where they had the camera right near the womans vagina as the head was crowning!! and these ones are have some boob shots! That just isnt right... I loved the montage Michael.
