anyone ever done their own pram liner?

I'd really like some pram liners for my prams and am thinking about doing my own. So what would I need to make them? And how would I go about it?

All tips greatly appreciated. I can use a sewing machine although my Nan (a professional dressmaker) would have a fit if she saw my sewing!

I haven't made one, but got one from Trolley Monster. It's just patterned cotton, I don't think it has padding in the middle but you could probably put a layer of microfleece or something if you wanted it a bit thicker.
I'm happy to take some pics of my liner, it's got the arm straps and the front bar cover as well, if you needed some ideas.

yeah, a few spare hours would be great! I can use the machine, but my stitching never runs straight! The problem of having a Nan as a dressmaker meant I got her to do all my sewing, but she's still in the UK so I'll have to do it myself!

Thanks SS, I think I might try some cotton wadding, they type that you put in quilts. The strider plus did come with a newborn insert so I might see if I can copy the pattern and adapt it to make it a bit longer. Now just to find some nice material and dust off the sewign machine!
