wedding dress

Hi all!!
This is really just an introductory post cause i'm sure i'm going to need this later on.
Basically i'm making my wedding dress. In the spirit of my first words of 'me do it' i am!!!
I've sewed before, made bags, the only clothing i've made before was a amazon warrior costume for my 21st. Which turned out ok. ok in the fact it didn't fall off me all night
I'm also not directly following one pattern, i have about 3 i am trying to merge and even then might change slightly to get exactly what i want.
So basically i'm just sticking my nose out there to you guys if you have any tips or ideas or omg your crazy dont do that or suggestions that i might need =)
and im sure i'll be spaming here asking for help!!!

You are a very brave woman!

I made my 4 bridesmaids dresses. I made a practise one (to my measurements) whilst doing a Spotlight sewing course. This worked well because i had someone else to ask when i got stuck and they gave me some extra hints. The Spotlight courses can also help you to adjust patterns to your size.
