    Pinafore/dress/skirt pattern

After a pattern (or a few) to make DD a couple of pinny's, skirts and some dresses for summer. Google hasn't been very good to me so am hoping some of BBs pro-sewers (lol sorry if that looks like "sewers" as in where sewerage is stored..) might be able to point me in the right direction.

i've never made an item of clothing before, so don't really want to make it up as I go along just yet!

You could google pillowcase dress for a tutorial. It is a pretty simple dress with very forgiving shape and technique. There are hundreds on the web.

Otherwise, prudent baby is a good place to go as Tanstar mentioned.

ETA: Prudent Baby actually have a pillowcase dress - super easy.
After a quick look through some of my bookmarks I found "Make it and Love it - Paperbag skirt" and "Sew Mama Sew - yoga skirt tutorial" both really easy sewing.

Maz- is it the same pattern you use for all your pinnies? I'm sure mine will look nowhere near as good but I'm looking forward to having a crack at it. have some cute summery fabrics to use.

    Thank you so much Trill
