i need small heat packs , like the size of a large breast pad ..

I have vasospasam and the flectalon breasts pads arent quite warming enough before a feed for me ..

how do you make a heat pack ?? or more importantly , who can make one for me

i just need one , as its just my LHS .. but i dont have a sewing machine ...

all the heat packs for BF have the nipples cut out and thats where i need it most ..

I would LOVE it if some one can make one for me ... i can fill it my slef and hand stitich the top closed but i need the acutal shell .. kwim ..

any one crafty enough to help me ?? i'll return a favour (somehow) ..
