All I can say is "WOW!"

This book is truly amazing!! What Brooke endured and what she shows in this book is amazing. She is so inspirational and is so brave for talking about her PND and how low she actually got before she started to rise again.

I have just finished it.I thought it was fantastic.
I found it so helpful for my PND.Some of the things she described were so similar to my experiences.
I have a lot of trouble finding the words to describe how I'm feeling to DH, I just showed him paragraphs that completely summed it up.
If anyone can't find it,I'm happy to give my copy away.Just pay for postage?
