Board Books

I'm doing a general clean up of the kids things.

The kids have a rather extensive library of books. Among them are a lot of board books that are never looked at any more. I was considering getting rid of them but then had the thought that perhaps I should keep them for when they start learning to read? Im not sure.

So when did everyone else ditch the board books?

We haven't yet. Liebs likes reading them. Plus the smaller ones are safe in a handbag for when we're out and about.

We have gone back to them now dd1 is reading, she loves it as she reads her favorites to me.

maybe donate half and keep half? if clearing for space reasons. Absolutely agree that they will enjoy them when they start to read cause the board books are "simple"
