I basically use Dijon mustard, honey and mayonnaise... and I add them together a bit at a time until I get it how I like it...You could go something like 3/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup honey.

My DH once made a sauce thing which went well with chicken. It was basically made of dijon mustard, honey and that traditional yoghurt stuff. It was sort of sweet but not too sweet. Anyhow it was about a tablespoon of the the dijon and yoghurt, and about a teaspoon of honey. You can also put a few drops of lemon juice and then mix it all up. ITs not very runny, probably about the consisitency of mayo.
