I just got given a recipe off a friends Grandma, havent tried it yet tho..

2kg Pumpkin, peeled
2 Onions, peeled,
2 Apples, cored (granny smith)
2C Chicken Stock
1tsp Nutmeg
1tsp Salt
2C Water
2.5C Milk
Freshly Ground Pepper
Chopped Chives
Sour Cream

Chop pumpkin, onions, apples and place in a heavy saucepan, add stock, nutmeg & salt. Bring to the boil, cover & simmer for 35-40 mintutes. Puree or push through sieve. Put back in pan, add milk. Adjust seasoning. Serve with sour cream and chives..

Now upon typing this i realise it says nothing about what to do with the water...will investigate. Although im sure someone else will come along with a recipe in the meantime!
