Hmmm good question. If it is just rice and nothing else I would say it is okay as long as it is hot when heated to kill all bacterias. I wouldn't do it for meat though...
Yesterday I cooked up some rice, then I reheated it today with some tuna and tomato sauce. There's some left over so can I reheat it again tomorrow or will heating rice 3 times be too much?
