DH makes it and we can freeze it (coz he makes so much!!)
This is his recipe:

Cauliflower
1l vege stock
1l milk
about 500g grated Cheese
3 onions
2 cloves garlic

chop onion. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil in the pot.
chop cauliflower into peices. add to onion
cover with stock and milk.
boil until cauliflower goes soft.
Puree to consistency.
Add cheese to your liking!

lol sorta sounds the same as above... but mmm so good!
