    no recipe..
    but

line a pie dish?baking dish with rice, press it down firm to make crust.
chop your meat so its the same as your veg
make a white sauce(cheesy) or use eggs and milk so its more quiche like.
then cover with cheese and bake!

We had a Japanese teacher live with us for a year and she taught me the BEST rice dish ever which is perfect for leftovers. I can't for the life of me remember what it's called.

It's basically a rice lasagne thingy. You layer the rice, meat, veg in a lasagne dish and pour over white sauce, top with cheese and bake until it's hot throughout. YUMMO!

hmmm looks like there are a few different ways to make it, but basically I think you just dice the corned beef, and fry it up in a pan with your diced veges, with some horseradish, tabasco, or worcestershire sauce depending on what kind of flavour you like. If you want a real recipe there is a reasonable one on all recipes dot com
Can't really help with the rice.... don't usually cook rice

If there is a fair bit of rice - make rice cakes. Dice up the corn beef and mix into the rice with the vegies. Beat up a couple of eggs and mix through to bind then grease a pan - shape into cakes and fry off till brown. You might need to add a bit of seasoning too.
