    Chicken Bake

    Hey girls

Wanted to share a recipe with you that I'm trying out tonight, it smells delicious and couldn't be easier!!!

I want to know what I should serve with it too?!

    Chicken Bake

1 kg chicken breast cut into large chunks
1 tin cream of chicken soup
    ½ cup mayonnaise
    1 tbsp curry powder
    ½ cup bread crumbs
    1 cup grated cheese
Mixed vegetables – mushrooms, carrots & capsicum (I am using, carrots, capsicum and beans because I hate mushies)

Cut up and place vegetables on the bottom of the slow cooker and cover with raw chicken pieces
Mix soup, mayonnaise and curry powder together and pour over chicken and vegetables
    Cover with breadcrumbs
    Cover with grated cheese
    Cook on high for 4-5hrs
Put in the over for 15 mins or so at the end to make the top go crispy. (if slow cooker is oven proof)

Well does it thicken up or go runny....If its thick I would suggest mash or if it runny i would suggest rice!!!

But you know me darl....I have a hubby that hates rice but I would take this chance to have it cause it sounds so yummy!!!

    Hey Ashlee,

    How did you go?

And more importantly where do you get the energy to cook fabulous meals, with a newborn? You must be supermum

Ray-LMAO I'm definitely far from it, it was so simple and it was very tasty!! I decided to be lazy and not serve anything on the side, but if I had it would have made enough for 2 night's dinners (DH is a guts). I would serve with rice and/or some bread to mop it up!!!
