Pie dilema

I bought a yummy family sized pie from our fave gourmet deli yesterday but in my excitement I forgot that our oven had died a few days earlier (remembered on the way home ). It's cooked, just needs to be warmed...can I stick it in the microwave then under the grill to crisp up the pastry or am I just ruining a good pie by doing that?

I would do that, I often have cooked pies in microwave as too impatient to wait!!

Yup ended up doing that...it actually worked pretty well! Nothing worse than a soggy pie...blerugh
