Hi I've got some lamb neck and shoulder chops in the freezer and have absolutely no idea how to cook them. I only have these as we were given a whole lamb a few weeks ago. I've used most of the other cuts ie legs, shoulders, loin chops, cutlets etc.
I'd love some suggestions and some recipes of how to cook them
Thanks Jen

Neck and shoulder tends to benefit from slow cooking, it has great flavour but can be a little tough.
Reducing the chops to cubes and using them for a curry, stew or pie is the most common way, alternatively try slow braising them in wine, or a tomato based sauce.
