    Duck eggs!!!

I'm getting a dozen duck eggs on the weekend (from happy ducks on an organic farm), trying to get some ideas of what I can do with them

Hit me with things I can do with duck eggs please.

Have you had them before? DH has cooked them in the past for breakfast, eggs on toast and the like. I find them really rich.

Yeh I've had them before, in a variety of things. They're brilliant for meringues.

Was just thinking I'd put it out there to see if anybody had some ideas.

I might have to do breakfast on Sunday with a mix of duck & chook eggs (both from same farm). I'm getting a dozen of each (chook & duck eggs).

Apparently sponge cakes are brilliant when made using duck eggs. My old next door neighbour loved using them whenever she made a sponge.
