So the lemon and passionfruit curd I've been slaving over for Christmas presents looks nothing like the picture. After hours of stirring it looks kind of orange and shiny, almost gelatinous, not light and creamyand custardy like the picture at all. Does anyone know what I could have done wrong?
I'm going to bed now, so sad.
