    Feeding sickies

What do you dish up when your little ones (or big ones) are feeling under the weather?

    Chicken Soup!
My little man doesn't eat anything when he's sick, which thankfully hasn't been often at all!
When I was little and getting over a sickness I wouldn't eat either and mum would go out and get kentucky chicken nuggets and chips as it was the only thing I'd eat!

Lol chicken soup was the first thing I thought of when I saw the thread title! I remember my mum used to give us chicken broth and vegemite on toast, I guess it depends on what they are sick with?
Soup is always great though, as it's warming and filling at the same time but not too difficult to eat, especially if you don't feel like eating anything.
Or even some jelly & custard for something a bit special.

I can remember having peanut butter toast fingers whn we started to feel better after being sick. Mum knew we were geting better if we wanted more! Haha

If we couldnt handle much on how tummy's mum would give us an arrowroot biscuit to try and have something plain and easy to digest. Not really a meal though.
