Fish Recipes!

Hi Girls,

I am looking for some yummy fish recipes. Really want to make something nice for dinner and just cant find a nice one in my current array of recipes!

I do Jamie Oliver's fish bags.... where you make an envelope out of al foil and put the fish in it, you then put whatever inside. I usually do an asian type one with lemon juice, dash of olive oil, 1/2 tsp ginger, garlic, chilli and coriander. You seal up the bag, lift the top, sort of like a triangle & I poke 2 holes in the top. Pop it in the oven for 10 minutes and yum!

You could do lemon, oil, dill and some other herb as well. Jamie Oliver does cherry tomatoes, oregano, lemon juice and olive oil.

Serve them up on rice or cous cous or with salad & homemade chips. Yum

I'll second Christy's version...we had it for dinner last night and both my DH made our own parcels...it's so much fun
