Flour for a bread machine

I have recently been given a bread machine and was wondering if I can use SR or plain flour in the recipes? I don't have bread flour or a bread mix to use, but want some fresh fluffy bread!

Plain flour I'm guessing but you'll need yeast.

You can use plain flour, but you wont get quite as good results as you would with bakers flour.

Did it come with a book?? May have some recipes in there that are more suited to regular plain flour.

We use Wallaby bakers flour (from Coles or Woolies), it comes in a 5kg bag. Makes great bread!
