Smile Had to share this one - it was soooo yummy!!

    It's a cheese picnic Loaf

    Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups SR flour
1 pkt of french onion soup
    250gms of finely diced cheese
    1 1/2 cups of milk

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
split mix into 3, on a lightly floured surface make 3 rounds. Place into a lined and greased try side by side. Back at 200 degrees for 40 - 50mins or until golden brown. It will sound hollow if you knock 1`on it

    Glad you enjoyed it!
I cut it up and freeze it. DH takes a slice for lunch each day and it's defrosted by the time lunch time comes.
