Have you got a great salad dressing recipe you can give me?

DH and I are eating heaps of salads lately as it's getting warmer and it's all we feel like.... (and we're trying to watch our weight!)

Eating salads on their own can be pretty boring most of the time do you have any yummy salad dressing recipes you can provide me with? I'm after dressing's like one's that include lemons, vinegar, dijon mustard etc.... those sort of ones....

    After mainly healthy one's please

    My Dad's dressing recipe
Make a paste with a mortar and pestle of a small clove of garlic, pepper, maldon salt, sugar and keens mustard (I'm afraid I'm no good with the quantities I just use what seems right at the time).
Put it in your dressing jar/jug/bottle.
Add vinegar (whatever type takes your fancy. I like a malt with a dash of balsamic).
    Add extra virgin olive oil.

My sister stirs hers while she ads the oil and it emulsifies. I'm too lazy - I just give the bottle a shake moments before I dress my salad.
My BIL sometimes uses lemon juice as well and seeded mustard instead of the keens powder.

This is my fool proof and quick yummy dressing

    1 tsp wholegrain mustard
    1 tsp crushed garlic
3 parts extra virgin olive oil
    1 part balsamic
    S&P

Put it in a jar or little container - shake and pour

It kind of goes a bit creamy when you shake it

I love it on a simple salad of rocket, red onion and parmesen cheese

*snap* Dachlostar - didnt even bother to read your recipe first lol!

Here's one that we have all the time... may be a little boring, but its really fresh & light & we love it

    Insalada Rugula

    Rocket Lettuce
    Shaved Parmesan Cheese
    Olive Oil drizzled all over
    1 lemon squeezed.

Toss it all and thats it... really easy, really yummy & apart from the cheese really healthy

    Super healthy dressing:
1 tbsp unhulled tahini (loaded with calcium)
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp olive oil
herb/spice of your choice - sumac or oregano is good.

Shake it up in a leak proof container with S & P.
