this is one of my tupperware recipes, its yum-o
170g good quality dark cooking chocolate
300mls thickened cream
1 tbs dark cocoa
500ml milk
1 tbs honey
40ml Tia Maria (optional)
20ml Frangelico or Kahlua (optional)
ice cream or double cream to serve
chopped roasted hazelnuts or white marshmellows to serve (optional)
1) Break the chocolate into small pieces and place melt inthe microwave. Pour over the thickened cream and mocrowave uncovered on high (800watts) for 3 mins. Stir well until mixture is smooth
2) pour chocolate and cream mixture into a mixing bowl, then sift in the cocoa and stir until smooth. Cover and set aside
3) Place the milk, honey and liqueur into a microwave proof jug, cover and microwave on high (800watts) for 4 mins
4) whisk the hot milk into the chocolate cream mixture, pour into mug/glass and top with a coop of ice cream or double cream and chopped roasted hazelnuts if desired. Serve immediately
