    Exclamation Help help help

I'm about to put the Turkey in the oven (roast) and it says the temp and time but should I put some liquid in the bottom??? Some water or something??

Help! It needs to go in now! It's been years since I cooked a roast! So how long to roast pots take if I par boil them first??

So I boil them for how long?? And then when do I add them to the tray with the turkey on?

    TIA!!

you can put liquid in if you want but not essential... but basting is a must for yummy moist meat...

if you boil spuds first cook until they are golden(may need oil or butter to brown them up) not sure of timings sorry

Thank you! It's on gone a bit wrong...I left my pots in the boil for too long so they're almost mashable Have put them in the oven though and hopefully they will crisp up!

    Thanks for the advice!

Oh thats ok CQ, hopefully they'll go REALLY crunchy on the outside! Sometimes the more textured they are the crunchier they go!
