HELP!! SR and plain flour...

How do you tell the difference?
I am not sure if I put the right flour in the correct canister!!

What is a quick and easy way of telling the difference??

Just dip your finger in it and taste it.
You can usually taste the baking powder (or what ever it is) in SR flour.
