Thumbs up Home Made Ranch Dressing

Ok this is for all the ranch lovers (I just made some for dinner tonight).

    Ranch Dressing

    1 Small Garlic Clove
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise (WHOLE EGG no sweet mayo PLEASE! I use Kewpie as its LC)
1/2 Cup Buttermilk (now I haven't tried this with home made buttermilk will give it a go once we have run out of buttermilk, don't forget buttermilk can be frozen, so you can freeze it 1/2 Cup bakes and store just for Ranch, and its use by is ages anyway)
2 Tablespoons of finely chopped flat leaf (You can use dry parsley because its best to make this either the night before if having at lunch time, or the morning of if having for dinner so the flavours permeate) IF USING DRY ONLY 1 1/2 TEASPOONS!
1 Tablespoon of Finely Chopped Chives (or 1 TEASPOON of dry)
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Dijon Mustard
    1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and cover for at least 4-6 hours.

This is the best Ranch I've ever had... and it beats anything you can buy at the store. Also don't be afraid to play with the flavours, or omit herbs if you don't like them. We add crumbled blue cheese for Buffalo Wings. But it is so easy you'll never buy it again
