Ok...this is could be a little embarrassing but I've never cooked silverbeet (fresh that is - I've used frozen spinach for a couple of things though). I'm trying to expand our vegetable selection, so bought some on the weekend....but have no clue what to do with it now

Any ideas - from the basic as well as other recipe ideas would be great.
