How do u make sweet potatoe chips?

How do u make sweet potatoe chips?
Im keen to make them to go with the vegies tonight, just for something different.
Do u peel them so they are thin like crisps, or cut them into chuncks, like fries?

AHHH sweet potato...I thought you were talking about sweet flavour like sweet and savoury!!

I'd cut them into wedges, they can tend to shatter quite a bit when you cut them so I think that thinly slicing wouldn't work that well.
