How long can you leave gnocchi before you cook it?
I want to make gnocchi for my sister tonight, but am in the mood for cooking now, but I know you should serve it pretty much straight away after you cook it so... how long before I want to cook it can I make it? Should I make, then cook straight away? Or can I make them and then have them in the fridge for a few hours before I cook? I know you can freeze it, but I want to cook them tonight, but make them now... will they be ok in the fridge?
Gnocchi are my all time favourite. I can remember my mum making them when I was little but I've never been game enough to try making myself lol. I'm pretty sure they would be alright in the fridge for a few hours hun. Please let us know how they turn out.
