I just made a kick ass pumpkin soup

I know there are other threads but I am getting back to my roots I used to be a chef and yesterday I made chocolate crackles today I made pumpkin soup and it is too die for

    1kg pumpkin diced,
    1 onion finely slice
1 leek (white only) finely sliced
    1/2tsp corriander
    1 tsp cumin
    1tbl crushed garlic
1 litre vegie or chicken stock (I cheated and bought some)
    1 diced large potato

saute the onion and leek in a little oil don't colour, add spices and garlic, saute for 30sec add pumpkin, potato, stock bring to boil cover lower heat simmer for 30min, allow to cool slightly blitz in blender return to stove add a little cream and nutmeg to taste and bring back to tempreture careful not to boil after cream is in

I just had a cup before cream added and OMG!!!!!!!!! .......... I kick ass
