My mum's mustard potato salad:
Cubed potatoes
Peas
Corn kernals
Boiled eggs sliced
Raw onion diced
Masterfoods Australian mustard
Mayo
1 teaspoon sugar (to cut tartness)

Boil potatoes till just soft then mix everything together, yum!
