Ideas my cooking guru's - diced beef

Hey girls,

Going through the freezer figuring out what to do for dinner. We've decided just to cook what's in the freezer before we buy more meat cause it's just getting ridiculous lol. So I have some diced beef in there. Gimme some ideas what to do with it. I don't really want to do a curry cause it's too hot for that. So hit me with your best ideas

Strir fry with garlic, ? woustishire sauce, soy sauce, chilli, red wine with what ever vegies you have.

Can add hokein noodles or serve on rice

sorry not more specific i just sort of add stuff and taste as I go

Do you have a slow cooker? Just chuck it in with packet eg. stronganoff, red wine, rich beef etc. and a diced onion some veges and serve with mash or rice. So easy....

Or the stir-fry idea, you can never go wrong with a stir-fry..... Ummm wish I choose to go with that now, dam-it mexican will have to do.....

Kirsty, there is a website called Cooking by numbers, if you google for it, you put in the ingredients you have in your fridge/pantry and it comes up with recipes for you. Cailin mentioned it on BB ages ago
