    Lamb Marinade help please

    Hi,

Well i dont eat red meat and so rarely cook it as i dont know what tastes good with it... So DH has been working in the heat on roofs all day and i have some lamb leg chops here that i want to cook for him as he loves lamb...
But i dont know what to use.

Also please do recommend something REALLY fancy or a bottled marinade as i am not going out to the shops again, they only time i am leaving this house is to hang another washing load out - its too hot for MJ in the car

    So what can i use???

Dried oregano is great with lamb, do the same as you would with the other marinades, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice - dont over do it about 1 teaspoon is enough for 4 large chops
