Chicken Meatloaf

This is so easy to make and is really yummy.
Combine:
500g Chicken mince
3 egg whites
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1 Tbsp tabasco sauce
1 ts salt
1ts pepper
Put mixute into a greased loaf tin

Preheat oven to 180c and cook for 30-40 mins
Serve with chicken gravy on top and have vegies/ salad on the side.Enjoy

Ooh a chicken meatloaf, I've never made one! My kids love normal beef mince meatloaf, I think i'll give this one a go! Thanks for the recipe, I'll let you know how it goes!

hey i tried this tonight and loved it!
it was my first experience with meatloaf, and actually the first time ive used chicken mince.
