    Meat grinder help!

Our family does Kris Kringle which is awesome, and we include a list of suggested pressies - well my KK has said a meat grinder (for making mince mainly) amongst some other voucher type suggestions, so I am going for the grinder if its doable - and I have a target price of $100. I know I am going to be hard pressed finding something decent for that amount but if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great, any advice on what to look out for etc. Thanks

I *think* kitchen aid have a mincer/sausage maker attachment. It might be over the price limit (I'm guessing, since it is a kitchen aid.....), but can you find out if your KK has a kitchen aid machine. Good luck, other than that I am really not sure. x

Okay. And actually, thinking about it, there is nothing wrong with the cast ones that you clamp down to the benchtop. They've been around for years and years. You miht need to head out to one of the markets, like Preston or similar. I am sure they would be way under your mark. And they come in different sizes I think.
