i've had some frozen in the freezer for a while where the BB date is the 26th march this year... will it still be ok to use now since it's been frozen? I'm drying it out in the oven to make chips with it.

I keep mine in the freezer all the time, seeing as how you are putting it in the oven to make chips, it should matter what the date was

Bread should last 4-6 months in the freezer. If you have an stand alone freezer it should give you a guide on the inside of the door as to how long it lasts. Unless you have a really good deep freeze things can still go off in the freezer.
