I just happened to make one last night! This is what I did:
Melt 50 g butter and use it to brush between every sheet of 8 sheets of filo pastry and line a 22cm square dish with it.
Then I chopped and cooked a bunch of spinach. Chopped and fried an onion.
In a bowl add: 200ml sour cream, the onion, the spinach, 4 eggs, grated nutmeg, 250g crumbled feta, salt, pepper and I also added chopped parsley.
Pour into dish and bake for about 30-40 mins on 180.
This is a Donna Hay recipe and was really yummy!
