    My cup cakes fell apart!

I made choccy cup cakes in my silicone trays the other day and most of the stuck and fell apart in the moulds.

First of all, I have read that it's a fairly common problem that silicone trays sick, is there something I can do that will make it less likely they will stick, I just sprayed them well with some spray oil, which is what I normally do with my metal trays.

Secondly, now I have a heap of chocolate cake crumbs, is there anything I can make with them? Although the kids have been picking at them, I would love to reuse it all in a delicious way we can all enjoy, lol!

    Trifle?
Or layer it with chocolate mouse then top with whipped cream and berries/passionfruit/whatever you like...

Did you make sure it was cooled before you popped them out? I have read you need to do that, although having said that I've had little luck with the silicon trays.

And the chocolate mousse idea is a winner. Mail it to me if you need feedback
