    Name my lunch

My Mum gave me a huge pumpkin and so I needed to make something to use it up so I fried an onion & some garlic & ginger, added chopped up pumpkin, tin of chick peas, tin of crushed tomatoes, about a cup of stock and cumin, chili powder, cinnamon and some frozen peas. I made couscous to go with it and it was yummy (and Lucas happily ate it). So I want to write it up in my recipe book, but I don't know what to call it. Any suggestions?

I didn't measure the spices so I'll have to make it again soon to work them out.

Yummmm. Sounds a lot like a Chickpea Dumpling soup we sometimes make except it doesn't have cinnamon & peas and instead has ground corriander & garlic with fresh corriander added at the end. No fancy name to it though "Chunky Chickpea and Herb Dumpling Soup".

    LOL I like Annie's suggestion.
