Lunchbox Ideas for DH

I I saw a thread (or started a thread a while ago) but can't seem to find it atm...
I need lunchbox ideas for DH. His a sales rep and on the road all day so I need things that can be eaten cold but are filling. I'm looking for a mix of things he can have as a main for lunch and snack ideas.
I already do wraps/sandwiches. Being winter I can do soup in a thermis I'm trying to make different slices/biscuits etc but am open to new ideas and recipes

What do you guys suggest??

Pasta or rice salad - can add tuna, kidney beans, salads etc
Zucchini slice
Fritata (crustless quiche)
Salada with salad, cheese etc
For snacks - fruit/date scones, banana loaf, nuts, dried fruit, cheese and bikkies, yoghurt, fruit etc
