Ok so i have some blade steak or chicken thight fillets in the freezer at the moment and i need some inspiration or ideas on what tomake for dinner tonight for the family.

I was thinking slow cooked blade steak..but never really used the slow cooker any tried and tested recipes from u bb girls would be amazing

or if not any great recipes to use with the chicken thigh fillet
