It is really not that hard to make.
I bought one of those obento sushi kits and had it in my pantry for ages...one day I had a huge craving for sushi and no desire to go and get some so I made some!
It wasn't that hard tho they definately weren't as neat as the ones in the shop they didn't taste that different :)
I love rice paper rolls too...oh yeah!!! :)

I just polished some off. Got them from DFO on the way home - quick and easy dinner because both DSD and DD love em too. Feels very lazy but they both love em.

Love it. Cant have it from the shops now I am pg again BUT I made it at home the other night with fresh cooked prawns, avocado and cucumber!!!! Oh it was so good. Must admit that by the time I had finished making it and sat down I might just have managed to eat my body weight in sushi already in the kitchen...
DH thought I was dead cleaver too.
