So embarking on my cooking journey I found this 20 minute dinner recipe and I just had to share it!
Pork sausages ( I use the ****tail ones ... take less time to cook)
340ml applejuice (you can use applecider too)
onion chopped
15ml flour
15ml tomato paste
1ml sage
Fry sausages in oil till brown all over. Put aside in a bowl. In same pan, fry onion in a bit of butter till golden brown. Add flour and cook for a minute or two. Add the apple juice little by little. Add tomato paste and sage and simmer for about 6 minutes. Add sausages and warm through. Serve with suck-it-up-bread (bread that you can suck your sauce up with ) and a side salad and VOL?!!!!
DH just loves this. If you get pork sausage that are nice and peppery, its AWSOME!!!
