Pavlova
Just a quick question ladies! I have just made a pavlova... well in the middle of making one... but...
Does the meringue part rise as you cook it?
I hope so
Otherwise I'm going to have a super flat pav!

I think I understand what you asking, and yes it does rise as you put it in the oven...
