    3/4C water
    2tbs oil
    2C bread flour
    1/2tsp salt
    1/2tsp sugar
    1 1/2tsp bread machine yeast

I put all wet ingredients in, then dry, and yeast last then i put it on pizza setting and 50 minutes later we have dough

I have a raisin bread one too but ill have to find that one! Enjoy your bread maker! I love mine!!

Hubby bought me one for Christmas and it's amazing. The taste is awesome, it is preservative free, can be sugar free, and in terms of economics it's no more expensive than buying pre packaged bread- and that's even when we mostly buy bread mixes to use in the machine.

We love the Lauke bread mixes - a bit lazier than making the mix from scratch but it tastes so yummy!

I'm about to make pizza dough in mine.

    200ml Water
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon salt
375g/2.5 cups bread flour (I use lighthouse flour)
    1 3/4 teaspoons yeast

Set on dough - pizza setting. It takes about 50 minutes in my breadmaker. I have a Breville ikon. Did your BM come with a recipe book?

I also make fruit and nut bread, foccacia, and wholemeal bread.

Ash can you share your fruit and nut recipe? Is it wholemeal? I LOVE wholemeal fruit and nut bread but I've had trouble with mine - I think because the setting on my bread maker for fruit and nut uses white flour so if I try to make it wholemeal it does not seem to bake as well- it comes out a little heavy and doughy.

Yes, I have the same problem when I use wholemeal flour with my fruit and nut bread recipe. My recipe indicates to use 'white bread flour'. I usually don't eat white bread, but if I make this loaf, I do use the white bread flour as it comes out better. Hopefully someone else has a fruit and nut wholemeal loaf recipe that they can share with us.

I also use Defiance premix for plain weekend white loaf. It makes great pizza dough too. Just make sure you have the proper flour.
I make cheese and vegemite scrolls too. Just a normal dough then roll it out, spread some vegemite, sprinkle grated cheese , roll it up and cut it. Place on a baking tray in the oven. Yummo! The kids think i'm very clever!
