Apricot jam is nice!!
Also you can do a Nanna, and stew them up in a sugar syrup and freeze them for later on in the year!
Apricot pie, or you can grill them with a sprinkle of brown sugar on top (caramelises under the grill) YUM!

I was going to suggest jam too. Ummmm, preserve them. Stew them to serve with cream/ice cream. Apricot crumble. make a fruit loaf (like raisin toast) with apricots. Make a stuffing for a chicken or a boned lamb leg and add apricot.
