    One in the oven....

    APART from being pregnant....

    I have a bolar roast in the oven and i was planning on cooking it at 140 for about 3 hours.....

    I forgot that i wanted to make honey biscuits, which need a 190 oven.

    Can i make the biscuits, quickly up the oven bake them and then drop the oven back down? Will i ruin the bolar?
