    Quick! Leftover Salmon Steaks - Shortcrust Pastry

    I was going to use some leftover salmon fillet and cook up some rice and maybe some peas and use that as a filling in some filo pastry to make little parcels.

    But I've just checked and it's shortcrust, not filo.

    D'you think they will still be OK as parcels or should I try putting the mixture in a ramekin and putting the pastry over the top?

    i know im a bit late but id do it in ramekins then shortcrust over the top! i think if it was all pastry it would be too heavy!
