i plan to make tuna mornay tomorrow but after looking in the cupboard i realised i bought tins of corn kernals not creamed corn
If i used my stick blender on the corn do you think it would make creamed corn?? ive checked the ingredients on a tiny tin of creamed corn i have an they are corn, sugar, thickerner and salt.

What about blitzing it then heating it with a little cornflour and water mixture so it thickens to the right consistency?
